Master Every Skill

Eight core techniques. Precise execution. Game-changing results.

Platform pass — ball balanced on forearms in passing position

Passing

The foundation of every rally. Control the platform, own the serve receive, start the offense.

Hands in setting position with volleyball floating above under arena lights

Setting

Run the offense from your fingertips. Soft hands, explosive release, pinpoint placement every rep.

Player jumping to contact the ball with a float serve

Float Serve

Master the no-spin ball. Short contact, frozen wrist — create unpredictable movement, disrupt every receive.

Player jumping to execute a powerful jump serve

Jump Serve

Synchronize approach, toss, and vertical. Full arm swing, aggressive wrist snap — deliver a weapon from the line.

Platform pass in serve receive position — forearms ready for contact

Serve Receive

Read the server before contact. Feet first, platform early, consistent pass to target — every single rep.

Player attacking the ball at the net — wrist snap at contact

Attacking

Approach clean, explode vertical, swing from the ear. Pick your shot before you jump and execute sharp.

Blocking

Read the setter, time your jump, penetrate your hands. Build the wall — then channel the block to your diggers.

Low platform position for digging — forearms angled to keep the ball alive

Digging

Low stance, read the hitter's shoulder, platform angled to target. Grit plus technique — keep every ball alive.

Know Your Position

Six roles. Every responsibility. Own your court and execute your assignment every rally.

S

Setter

Drill of the Week

⚡ Drill of the Week

Wall Passing — 50 Rep Challenge

Beginner–Intermediate Solo 10–15 min Passing / Platform
  • Stand 8–10 feet from a smooth wall. Get into a low, athletic stance — knees bent, weight forward.
  • Lock your platform: thumbs parallel, arms straight, contact zone on forearms above wrists.
  • Pass the ball into the wall continuously — DO NOT swing. The ball rebounds off the platform, not your arms.
  • Keep shoulders squared to the wall. If you drift left or right, your platform angle is off. Self-correct immediately.
  • Goal: 50 consecutive passes without stepping or losing control. Reset the count any time you move your feet.
  • Level up: shrink your target zone on the wall with tape — then repeat.
